Issue 5, take 1
Here we go folks. Let's hope that when everything balances out, we do not get it in the end.

Blaster Blues
Well, so far for my blaster has gone through level 30 in constant debt. I suppose due to my scrapper mentality, but I also think that the game is unevenly challenged for certain toons. Case in Point, When going on missions with another level 50 defender, on her missions, the minions are 50, Leuitenants are 50 as well as the bosses. Yet, when I solo my missions or bring in a friend, either level 50 or below, all the minions are 51 and the lt's and bosses are 52+. Now here's the real kicker, it seems that my blaster on the same account also suffers from this curse. The minions are +1 than he is and the lt's and bosses are +2. For example A recent Rikti mission yeilded level 31 minions(yellow) and a level 32 Lt (red) no sign of a boss, but this was on heroic.
In other news, I like to fight monsters. It makes everyone feel equally useless. There have been times I ran up to a minion and suddenly at the last 10 feet, a blaster snipes and poof, I ran just for my health and for no other purpose. I am not blaming blasters. It is their job. It has also come to my attention, that some blasters, defenders and controllers tend to target my victim instead of the 50 other targets in the area. Eliminate them and leave me running to find another target while they are all being nuked. That is why I like to fight Monsters. No one shotting, no Kill Griefing, just plain ol' go in there and take your chances. Ruladak proved that my build was able to survive some hits. I was able to stand up and take some punishment from it, albiet I had to use my Oh-crap power and get some healing to keep the aggro off the blasters. Even the Regen with MoG was not able to stand up since their power did not allow them to be healed and well let's say that Ruladak can hit for more than a regular tank's hitpoints have. I cannot wait to go up against him when the Issue 5 releases.
Have a good day.

Tuesday is crazy...
Well It seems that I might have to dissolve AID(Always in Debt) SG because I received some complaints about it. Especially when you put it together. So now the Bold Baffling Oakland Raider is now part of the Guardians and is looking foward to even more amounts of debt.
In other news, it goes without saying that customers are like blood. All repulsive, icky, sticky and makes you throw up everytime you see them, but is required for you to live.
Here is my gripe for today, what ever happened to common courtesy? Instead of bitching and complaining, what ever happened to asking and being diplomatic and gentile about work things? I seem to remember attracting more flies with honey than with vinegar. Guess that's why I feel the need to put some jobs at the end of the week or month because of some additudes.

Good customers get what they want...
Bad Customers get what they ask for - This is the case as one of my no longer customers have called in today asking about the admin password for a sequel server. I remember what having to do with this customer about locking down their sequel server from hackers. To make a long story short, I locked it down so tight, that even their new support people could not get in to make configuration changes. Funny thing is that anyone with a competent mind and foresight about micro$oft products know that you don't change out a domain until you know all your servers local admin passwords. Well the guy asked me if I remembered it, and frankly I really don't remember it either. Plus I turned in all my notes before we gave the account away. You think he would check it....Eventually I ended up having to help him. I walked him through logging on as the domain admin, going to the computer management and changing it there. I can tell this guy is a real brainchild. As the title goes, Good customers get what they want, Bad ones get what they pay for. At least we can bill them for that call.
Monday Morning Blues...
Catch a breath..An inspiration to be used to restore 30% of your endurance. (Give or take) Why have an inspiration that only restores a part of your endurance and not make one that restores all your endurance? The same goes for health inspirations.
On other notes...Adware, Spyware and Viruses oh my... This whole month has been just those three. Last Friday was a nice change of pace as someones switch failed on them. I've almost forgot about what they look like. I wonder if one of my contacts would give me a mission to take down Coolwebsearch makers...Or maybe that's why Villains are the new thing this year.
Well in other news... My Video Card has officialy died. I say so long to my Geforce FX 5500. I say hello to my ATI Radieon 850XT. Let's say everything is running very smoothly, but now I am officially poor again.
See everyone in Paragon City!

It's Sunday!
As I sit here typing, one thing comes to mind. Where do I go from here? Oh well I'll be back.
The Expressway
The Expressway…
Well the new bypass has alleviated local traffic to a bare minimum. In other respects, A fellow superhero has now reached retirement status. Funny thing about this day, I got most of the Arch Villain kills in. It is quite unusual since there are fast blasters and multiple phantoms.
Another place and another time, I have acquired the Sword of Aeon. The oldest weapon can take down even a rock golem down in two or three hits. I only wonder how I can get it into use in Paragon City.
Above is a picture of Fisk and Lucy from a favorite webcomic linked on this blog. I like it. You do not have to. Anyway I will be publishing a story about the Guardians and a grand adventure that will also bring some light from the past. Also some darkness will tag along too.
Signing off…

Mild Mannered...
Well as I am in alter ego form in real life, I am currently working on a few things. The one thing that gets me is that why do servers like to go belly up at the most inopportune times? Oh well it can't get any worse. I don't know what is more painful, a wipe and reinstall, dealing with tape/image backups or fighting Mother Mayhem? At least Mother Mayhem leaves you alone after you get her once or twice.
Somedays I feel like the picture above. Just that something that is bigger than me is always trying to crush me. Well I guess I better sign off for lunch and get some work done.
And where do they think that Scrappers have tank-like defense? I get pasted just like the rest of them. Just the other day I land in Psionic Central and get sent to the hospital. Well it's time to reboot a server and run to get a network printer back on the network.
