Good customers get what they want...
Bad Customers get what they ask for - This is the case as one of my no longer customers have called in today asking about the admin password for a sequel server. I remember what having to do with this customer about locking down their sequel server from hackers. To make a long story short, I locked it down so tight, that even their new support people could not get in to make configuration changes. Funny thing is that anyone with a competent mind and foresight about micro$oft products know that you don't change out a domain until you know all your servers local admin passwords. Well the guy asked me if I remembered it, and frankly I really don't remember it either. Plus I turned in all my notes before we gave the account away. You think he would check it....Eventually I ended up having to help him. I walked him through logging on as the domain admin, going to the computer management and changing it there. I can tell this guy is a real brainchild. As the title goes, Good customers get what they want, Bad ones get what they pay for. At least we can bill them for that call.
