Why does everyone think that when they get a new computer, that they should expect it to perform the same way as their previous computer? Not all computers are created equal!!!!! All I can say is there is something wrong with your printer hardware. I set the printer driver to print directly to the printer and it took time to spool on the device. Sounds to me like you have a slow printer.
